Had some issues with initial setup in my apartment, but used the online chat and the router just had to be reset - John walked me through the whole thing very easily, and their chat is set up to efficiently send pictures to make sure communication is clear. Plus I'm getting great speeds now that it's working!

Edit: 3 years later I've had a required building upgrade of my internet - jumped back on with support after the technician finished the wiring and Rehman walked me through the online setup in no time! 5 star support once again!
